A: Yes, when you register with us we will both sign a legally binding agreement. NSN is fully licensed to operate and will provide receipts for all payments made. Please protect yourself, make sure all payments are made in our offices - check the ID of any person claiming to be staff or an agent!

Q: What if my Visa application is unsuccessful?
A: In the unlikely event your application is unsuccessful we will appeal or resubmit your application.

Q: If my Visa applications and appeals are still unsuccessful is there a refund?
A: Yes, you will get a substantial refund - the details are clearly explained in the memorandum of agreement.

Q: Do Colleges make additional charges?
A: Yes sometimes, these are beyond our control - for instance arranging your accommodation and pick up at the airport may incur costs. This will all be fully explained to you.

Q: Will the Embassy require me to have enough funds to maintain myself in the UK?

Q: How long should the process take?
